Join our creative team as a UI/UX Designer and help us craft intuitive, user-friendly designs that elevate our digital products and services. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience, from wireframes to final prototypes, ensuring users love what they see and how they interact with our platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Create user personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to guide product development.
- Design visually compelling and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve designs.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all products.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Iterate on feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the user experience.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Strong visual design skills, including a good grasp of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas and gather feedback.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good to have
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for bridging the gap between design and implementation.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to gather insights into user behavior.
- Experience designing for SaaS products or enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure inclusive designs.
- Passion for learning and exploring emerging design trends and technologies.
