We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join our team and help build, maintain, and optimize dynamic websites that drive engagement and deliver results. You’ll work on creating custom themes, plugins, and integrations while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
  • Build responsive and visually appealing websites, ensuring optimal user experience across devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to bring ideas to life.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and tools with WordPress.
  • Ensure websites meet accessibility and security standards.
  • Keep WordPress core, themes, and plugins up-to-date while minimizing downtime or conflicts.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including frameworks like jQuery).
  • Experience with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
  • Familiarity with WordPress hooks, filters, and REST API integration.
  • Knowledge of MySQL and database optimization techniques.
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot WordPress issues effectively.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Good to have
  • Familiarity with SEO and tools like Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of server environments, cPanel, or command-line tools.
  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) for integrating dynamic functionality.
  • Experience with WordPress multisite installations.
  • Passion for staying updated on WordPress trends and best practices.
